Elgon in the east are ideal for specialty coffee. The Sipi Falls Organic Coffee Project is changing perceptions by promoting Arabica cultivation, training farmers, improving post-harvest practices, and building excellent washing stations—aiming to establish Uganda as a key player in specialty coffee.
