This Grade 1 Washed Special Prep lot comes from Gara Agena in Sidama, one of Ethiopia's most celebrated coffee regions. It's grown at 2,235–2,350 MASL and sourced from a small group of producers. The cherries go through controlled fermentation and are dried slowly on raised beds. The result is a vibrant, refined cup with juicy stone fruit, delicate bergamot florals and a soft honeydew finish.
