This lot comes from smallholder farmers in the Chelbesa area of Gedeb, southern Ethiopia. Grown at elevations between 1,900 and 2,200 metres, the coffee is naturally processed and dried on raised beds to develop its fruit character.
As an espresso, it shows peach and kiwi sweetness with a bright lime acidity and a floral finish. The profile is clean, sweet, and expressive of the region’s high-altitude naturals.
