This washed lot from Gahahe Washing Station in Kayanza, Burundi offers a refined, structured cup with bright acidity and layered sweetness. Grown at around 1800 MASL from Red Bourbon trees, cherries are carefully sorted, pulped and fermented before extended washing and soaking, then dried slowly on raised beds. This attentive processing brings clarity and balance to the cup. Expect soft orchard fruit, gentle citrus depth and a marmalade like finish. A clean and elegant expression of Burundi’s high-grown coffees
